The distillery tell us 'This Hudson Baby Bourbon, is the first New York aged whiskey since Prohibition – and New York’s first bourbon ever. The foundation is 100% Empire State corn, sourced within five miles of our distillery. Is matured for 4 months per gallon in petite charred new American oak barrels, giving it a deep amber colour and a flavour of oak, smoke and subtle notes of vanilla and caramel. Non-chill filtered at 46% ABV each bottle is hand filled, capped, waxed and numbered one at a time.'
